Dear ACC Terminal Program Subscriber:
Thank you for thinking about this program. It has been
tested by several Hams in the Youngstown, Ohio area. These
Hams have inspired me to market this program. After producing
the program, I sent a sample copy to ACC for evaluation. They
felt it had marketable value. This program makes programming
the RC-85 and RC-96 controller much easier using a PC with a
100% Hayes compatible modem generating DTMF from
the modem to the controller with COM1 and COM2 only. This
program will support ACC firmware Version 2 through 5.
Some unique features of this program are: Programming
autodial slots is very easy, Speech vocabulary is as easy as
just typing the word and the program looks up the proper touch
tone command and sends it to the controller from the modem.
This program supports all 25 messages with cw, speech, DVR,
and external device busy commands. All tone parameters,
courtesy tone selection, timers, command code prefixes and
control opcodes are programmed from the menu easily.
Autodial commands create a data log file to keep track of your
autodial slots. They can be printed out or uploaded back
to the controller. Help instructions are built into the
program with user friendly menues.
The program file name is ACCRC-85.EXE and it creates an
ACC.DAT file with your repeater phone number, unlock code,
autodial load/erase command, password if used, and pseudo
commands. The disk has a PRNTDOCS.EXE file which you should
print out to help you use this program. This program
eliminates the need to use the ACC manual once you become
familiar using it and the controller.
Sincerely,
Andrew J. Kadvan Jr.
